By booking a service through our website or by allowing Trove Solutions LLC, doing business as Same Day TV Mounting NYC, to perform work at your property, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.
Trove Solutions LLC provides TV wall mounting and unmounting services in Manhattan, New York, and Jersey City, New Jersey. We install TVs on walls using mounts and hardware provided by the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

It is the client's responsibility to inspect the TV for physical damage, cracks, or defects before the installer begins work. Once installation work has commenced, Trove Solutions LLC accepts no liability for any pre-existing damage, manufacturing defects, or damage sustained during delivery or unpacking. If damage is discovered during installation, the installer will notify the client immediately and work will proceed only with the client's explicit consent.

Appointments are managed through Square Appointments. To cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion.
We currently serve Manhattan, New York, and Jersey City, New Jersey. Bookings from outside these areas will not be accepted.
The estimated price shown during booking is based on information provided by the client. The final price may vary due to taxes and Square booking fees. Any additional services agreed upon on-site will be charged separately.
By booking a service, you confirm that you are authorized to grant access to the property and approve the installation work. If you are a tenant, it is your responsibility to ensure you have permission from your landlord or building management to mount a TV on the wall.
A regular power cord from a TV or any other household appliance must not be run inside a wall (National Electrical Code, Article 400.12). We don't do this, even on request. In-wall concealment is available in drywall only.
In-Wall Cord Hiding Kit. Power can be concealed inside a wall only with an In-Wall Cord Hiding Kit: a UL- or ETL-listed in-wall cable that connects two outlet plates, one behind the TV and one next to your existing outlet. The TV's own power cord stays outside the wall and detachable. The client buys the kit (for example, on Amazon, DoorDash or a similar app) before the appointment.
Low-voltage cables. HDMI and other low-voltage cables run inside the wall must be rated for in-wall use (CL2 or CL3). Pass-through wall plates are for low-voltage cables only and must never be used for a power cord.
LG, Hisense and TCL art TVs. These TVs connect directly to the power cord and HDMI cables, so the same rules apply: an In-Wall Cord Hiding Kit for power and in-wall rated cables for HDMI.
Samsung Frame TVs. Running the One Connect cable inside a wall requires Samsung's certified in-wall cable, VG-SOCR86U. It isn't included with the TV and is sold separately; the client is responsible for confirming that it fits their TV model. The standard cable that comes with the Samsung Frame isn't designed for in-wall installation, even though the two cables look alike.
Warning and assumption of risk. By booking a service, you confirm that you have read the warnings about hiding wires on this website (see our guide to hiding TV wires) and in these Terms, and that you consider them necessary and sufficient to understand the risks. If, knowing these risks, you insist on concealing a regular power cord or a cable that isn't rated for in-wall use, or do it yourself or have someone else do it, that is your conscious, willful act. As a tenant, you may also be responsible to your building for violations caused by your own willful act (NYC Administrative Code § 27-2006). You fully assume responsibility for any resulting consequences (assumption of risk), and Trove Solutions LLC is not liable for them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
