By booking a service through our website or by allowing Trove Solutions LLC to perform work at your property, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.
Trove Solutions LLC provides TV wall mounting and unmounting services in Manhattan, New York. We install TVs on walls using mounts and hardware provided by the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

It is the client's responsibility to inspect the TV for physical damage, cracks, or defects before the installer begins work. Once installation work has commenced, Trove Solutions LLC accepts no liability for any pre-existing damage, manufacturing defects, or damage sustained during delivery or unpacking. If damage is discovered during installation, the installer will notify the client immediately and work will proceed only with the client's explicit consent.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.
Appointments are managed through Square Appointments. To cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion.
We currently serve Manhattan, New York only. Bookings from outside this area will not be accepted.
The estimated price shown during booking is based on information provided by the client. The final price may vary due to taxes and Square booking fees. Any additional services agreed upon on-site will be charged separately.
By booking a service, you confirm that you are authorized to grant access to the property and approve the installation work. If you are a tenant, it is your responsibility to ensure you have permission from your landlord or building management to mount a TV on the wall.
By booking a service with Trove Solutions LLC, you agree that we may photograph the completed installation work and publish those photographs online, including on our website, Google Business Profile, and social media, for portfolio and marketing purposes. Photographs will depict the installation only — no personal belongings, identifiable personal items, or people will be featured without separate consent. If you prefer that photos of your installation not be published, please notify us in writing before the appointment.
Trove Solutions LLC ensures that the TV itself is mounted level according to a spirit level or digital level tool. We are not responsible for visual misalignment caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to: uneven floors, uneven ceilings, sloped walls, or furniture (such as TV stands or shelving units) that is not level. If the surrounding environment is out of plumb, the TV may appear tilted relative to it even when correctly leveled. We will inform the client of any such discrepancy before completing the installation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
